Nature and Biodiversity lead, KPMG

Orlaith is KPMG’s Nature and Biodiversity lead for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. She has over 7 years’ experience in the field of natural capital, with a particular focus on nature-related risks and opportunities for the private sector.

She has worked with the Irish government on the development of the 4th National Biodiversity Action Plan, and has delivered natural capital impacts and dependencies assessments and broader ESG strategies for clients in a range of sectors. Prior to KPMG, Orlaith spent two years as the Executive Coordinator of Natural Capital Ireland and three years as Programme Manager for Water Security at the global environmental non-profit, CDP.
